Put the tree up today - a bit earlier than usual but not many days off together before Christmas! here's Paul being particular as he does that it's not completely vertical from every angle! and Tiggy assisting as she does:

Only just fitted it in, the star is hanging from, rather than perched on the top!
Being 1st of December I insisted on the Christmas music all day at work today but I can't be doing with Slade, Cliff Richard, Band Aid, the Wombles....I choose Bing, Sinatra, Nat King Cole... and I'm now quite in the mood for Christmas - until the number of stressed Christmas shoppers taking out their stress on me gets too much! I don't like to blog about work much but in my job I face the stress of shoppers desperately trying to fulfill the Christmas wish list and every year everyone wants the one elusive thing - this year it looks like pink Nintendo DS's! and when they get frustrated it's all down to me somehow! ( I get called over when they've shouted at the poor Christmas temp, until they're nearly in tears) but at the moment I'm ok, I've done all my shopping, am planning where how big a tree I can fit in the house and have been singing along to Bing all day ! If more people made they're presents life would be much less stressful and more satisfying!
